Founder and Principal Consultant

Anthony Robinson is the Founder and Principal Consultant for ARC Global Strategies. He is an experienced thought leader across diverse public and private organizations. Anthony is skilled in policy strategy, program development and implementation, team leadership, and strategic partnership building. Additionally, he lends his knowledge to several issue policy-based trainings, briefings, and programs for policymakers, military leaders, civic and political leaders, and global allied organizations on critical matters that impact security, technology, healthcare, and implementing DEIA strategy.

Anthony served as a White House appointee during the Obama Administration in several national security and foreign policy roles, including project manager and team lead on various programs within the Personnel and Readiness and Joint Staff portfolios at the Department of Defense as well as Aviation and International Affairs policy implementation at the Department of Transportation. During his time at the Department of Defense, he was awarded the Secretary of Defense Medal for Outstanding Public Service and the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Seven Seals Award.

Anthony has previously served as the Political Director for the National Democratic Training Committee and the Director of Training and Public Engagement with the Truman National Security Project/Truman Center. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a Distinguished Marshall Memorial Fellow with the German Marshall Fund of the United States. He earned his B.A. degree from North Carolina A&T State University and an M.A. in Global Policy from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
