Picking up where the original Quatro Project left off, the new 2 year Quatro Plus project was launched under the European Union's Safer Internet Programme. This project brings together quality seals and trustmarks with ICRA labels, all implemented using the Protocol for Web Description Resources (POWDER) which is under development at the W3C and chaired by FOSI.
