Chaired by FOSI's Phil Archer, the Incubator Group was the first of its kind at W3C. The report sets out the use cases and requirements for a robust content labelling technology, before developing a data model and glossary of terms. The report's publication is a further step towards the possible establishment of a full working group that can produce new W3C Recommendations in this area. Watch this space...
