Laurie Coffin, Director of Marketing Communications for Blue Coat Systems, focuses on brand and awareness for Blue Coat. Blue Coat believes children's safety on the Internet is a worldwide social issue that takes local community action and parental involvement. For our part, we make K9 Web Protection free to all parents.

In addition, the Blue Coat Community Outreach Program provides materials to educate the first generation of Internet Parents about the impact of the Internet on children and on parenting strategies.

Ms. Coffin holds a BA degree from Syracuse University. She is a board member of The Friendship Alliance, a non-profit neighborhood environmental organization in the Texas Hill Country.
