Kim has more than 10 years of experience in communications policy, and joined FOSI after serving as Senior Director of External Affairs and Public Policy for Comcast Corporation. At Comcast, Kim was responsible for, among other things, Comcast’s outreach on Internet Safety issues. She was so impressed with FOSI’s First Annual Conference that she agreed to come on board to plan FOSI’s Second Annual Conference at the Newseum in Washington, DC on December 11, 2008.
Prior to joining Comcast, Kim practiced state and federal regulatory law and public policy at MCI and Rhythms Net Connections. Kim has a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from American University.
