On Kalich is Director of Product Marketing at Flash Networks, a leading provider of mobile Internet quality-of-experience solutions. On joined Flash Networks in  2003, holding various positions in product management and marketing before assuming his current position three years ago. On brings with him over 10 years of  both commercial and technical experience in the mobile telecommunication business.

In his current position, On is responsible for marketing the Harmony Mobile Internet Service Platform, the Company’s key product line. He also manages Flash Networks’ parental control solutions, leading the Company’s development and commercialization activities from inception to implementation and overseeing operator and customer needs, relevant technologies and solutions. Prior to joining Flash Networks, On held several engineering positions at Comverse and startup companies in the mobile domain. He holds a bachelors degree in mathematics and computer science from Ben Gurion University in Israel.
