For the past 25 years, David Miles has had a wide range of leadership roles in the technology and telecommunications sector.  Working with a growing FOSI membership throughout the European, Middle East and African region, David also oversees the organizations web site and wider online strategy. David is based in the UK and is a member of the UK Council for Child Internet Safety (UKCCIS), as well as an active participant in wider European Commission initiatives. David is FOSI's representative on Egypt's Cyber Peace International Executive Board. Both parties have signed a 2 year Memorandum of Understanding at the Internet Governance Forum (IGF), in Sharm El Sheikh on November 18th 2009.

Armando is an active participant in many online safety initiatives in Mexico. He has given speeches on Family Online Safety to over 10,000 families in the last 3 years and has organized major events on the matter in Mexico. He is a member of the Mexican Internet Association and gave the opening speech at the ONU "Internet Day Celebration" devoted to online safety for kids and families.
