Delores Flores Cerdan holds the position of General Manager in the Council of Madrid, responsible for all Family Programs, including those to do with online safety. She has previously acted as Director of the Madrid Council’s Employment Agency and the Ministry of Health’s Managing Director of Consumer Affairs.

Delores' background covers an extensive realm of public service through additional roles with the Ministry of Commerce, programs with the Women’s Institute, and as a member of the Council of Madrid’s board of equality and employment.

Delores attained her law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid.
