The Walt Disney Company Joins FOSI

WASHINGTON, DC - The Family Online Safety Institute (FOSI) today announced that The Walt Disney Company has joined as a member. Disney's support of FOSI signifies the company's commitment to promoting a safe online environment for children of all ages.

The name Walt Disney is preeminent in the field of family entertainment. The company, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, has a significant online presence. The media networks segment comprises a vast array of broadcast, cable, radio, publishing and Internet businesses, while the Disney Interactive Media Group is responsible for the creation and delivery of Disney branded interactive entertainment and informational content across multiple platforms including online, mobile and video game consoles around the globe.
