Looking for a reason to visit Paris? You're in luck.
Join the Family Online Safety Institute this week as we head to Paris for our annual European Forum on Thursday, May 22, 2014. This year's event is titled "Creating a Better Internet" and will focus on the European Union’s commitment to building not only a safer Internet, but a better Internet for children and young adults.
We’ll speak with those who are creating innovative and educational content for children, as well as those in industry, law enforcement, and government who are working to make sure teens have safer and more productive online experiences. You can see the full lineup of speakers here.
We’ll also discuss topics ranging from digital reputation and privacy to EU and US policy perspectives, and how we can work to make the Internet better for all. We look forward to highlighting some of the groundbreaking work that is currently happening in this space from Europe and the UK, as well as to sharing the experiences from the United States and around the world. It will also be a great opportunity to learn more about the work that FOSI does, in addition to emerging online safety and privacy trends.
Check out the full event schedule and register now. We hope to see you there! And if not, you can always join us for the FOSI 2014 Annual Conference on November 12th-13th in Washington, DC where we'll be talking about redefining online safety.
