Anna Cheshire Levitan is a writer/producer and the President and Founder of 5th Street East, a creative and production agency. Prior to founding 5th Street East, Anna was an executive editor at Niche Media where she interviewed and profiled industry leaders in business, entertainment and fashion, including Evelyn Lauder, Senior Corporate Vice President of the Estee Lauder Companies, Lee Iacocca, former Chairman of Chrysler Corporation, designers Leonardo Ferragamo and Oscar de la Renta,  and Academy Award-winning actors Morgan Freeman and Forest Whitaker.

Since losing their eldest daughter Merritt Levitan (18) to a distracted driver in 2013, The Levitans (husband Richard Levitan, daughter Hunter Levitan and son Joe Levitan) have dedicated themselves to raising awareness about the dangers of distracted driving and the national passage of Hands-Free Legislation across the country. The Levitans are actively involved in TextLess Live More, the non-profit founded in Merritt’s honor with a mission to end distracted driving and promote digital wellness.
