Federal Communications Commission Notice of Inquiry on the Implementation of the Child Safe Viewing Act; Examination of Parental Control Technologies

On April 16, 2009, FOSI filed comments with the FCC in response to a Notice of Inquiry issued on the existence, availability and use of parental control tools and initiatives. FOSI’s comments highlight the various tools and initiatives available in the United States today to keep kids safe online.
