Matt (he/him) is a Senior Policy Advisor at the UK's Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS). He leads the Department's work on the scope of the new online harms regulatory framework and user redress and advocacy. He joined DCMS in 2019 from global innovation foundation Nesta, where he led work on tech for good.
