Michelle Dickens is a Director of Qualitative Consulting at Kantar. She has a passion for helping develop strategies that will help brands make a big impact in culture and people’s lives. As a qualitative consultant, Michelle helps clients understand how their brands can make connections by digging for insights about people’s lives, relationships and cultural contexts.
Michelle has over 20 years in strategic development and qualitative research. During her time with Kantar and at top global ad agencies, she has led insight and strategic work for Fortune 100 companies Google, The Home Depot, PepsiCo, Mars Petcare, McDonalds, and Walgreens. She also was a Senior Lecturer in the School of Journalism and Mass Communications at Texas State University, teaching account planning and advertising / PR research methods.
Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin. After living in Boston, Dallas, and Los Angeles, she made the loop back to Austin to live with her husband, teenage daughter, and two very sweet longhaired dachshunds.
